This machine is suitable for packing blister, round bottles, abnormal bottles or any other products. It can automatically fold leaflet, open carton, inset production along with leaflet, emboss letters, close the carton, and so on.
This machine is controlled by PLC. The photoelectricity will control each movement. While there is anything abnormal during running, the machine can stop automatically and display the reason on touch screen, so that it will be easy for you to clear the malfunction.
1,Usage and Apply Scope
ZHJ-80 automatic cartoning machine is applied for medicine, foodstuff, cosmetic and small vessel packing, with function of wide usage, high efficient, stable running and also with performance characters of:
- can automatically fold leaflet, open carton, insert blister into carton along with leaflet, emboss letters, close carton, etc.
- this machine is controlled by PLC. The photoelectricity will control each movement. While there is anything abnormal during running, the machine can stop automatically and display the reason on touch screen, so that it will be easy for you to clear the malfunction.
- there are main driving motor and clutch detent in machine base, and overload safeguader in each transmission system on machine plate. Thus when overload, the main driving motor and each transmission parts will separate to ensure safety of whole machine.
- this machine is with reject device. The leaflet, blister, carton will go through sensor inspecting, and output after letter embossing and carton closed. Thus if there is no leaflet or blister, the carton will be rejected.
- this machine can be separately used, and also can be connected to blister packing machine or any other equipment to be production line.
2,Packing Material Selection
Due to the quality of packing material may directly effect final packing quality, therefore there is high requirement for carton for this machine. Generally cartons should be made of 250g/m2-350g/m2 imported white plate box, and also there is some facture technics requirements for carton.
the leaflet should be made of 60 g/m3-70 g/m3 paper, and it should be clean, flat, no rough edge, no winding side, no horniness block, no granule, and if there is no any force, it cannot became delamination.
